It turned out to be a great suggestion as they were very accommodating and fixed the problem quickly. Sure enough, we had picked up a nail somewhere. "I called because I needed the oil changed on my 2022 Ford F250 diesel. They said to drop it off and it would be done in 2 to 3 hours. When I dropped it off they were very friendly and I let them know I would be waiting for it. They seemed very busy and I appreciated that they were able to get me in. I was very happily surprised when it was ready in an hour. The price was about 20% higher than getting it done back home in North Georgia which my wife raised an eyebrow at. I reminded her we’re in the keys and not only was the price fair for the Keys but how uncommon it was to get such fast friendly service here. From the time I made the phone call to the time I was driving out finished was just a little over an hour. I reminded her about the di$aster last winter getting the boat trailer tires replaced in Big Pine. As I left with fresh oil I felt like it was a great experience."

"Got a screw in a tire and needed it plugged. Called Charlie at 8 am and he said bring it right over even though his web site implied that they were booked up for repairs that day. Dropped the vehicle off and got a call 2 hours later that it was good to go. Tire was fixed, spare was put back in the trunk and air pressure was adjusted on all tires including the spare. Happy to deal with such an accommodating and professionally run shop."
