"Brought my Samsung galaxy s23 ultra in for a cracked screen. When I dropped off there was no other damage to the phone. When I came back to pick my phone up they told me they broke the back while replacing the screen. Told me they didn't have the part and would call me when the part came in. It's now been 3 months and they have not replaced the back."
