"Although I called at 7:00 pm, he answered his phone and listened to my appliance problem. He assured me he would call me back at 8:30 am the next morning, and confirm that he would come to my house to check on the problem. Vince called at 8:29 am, and arrived before 9:00 am, and quickly went to work. He determined that the freezer fan motor bearings were shot, and the fan shaft was wobbly, resulting in the horrible growling sound we had been hearing for the previous few days. While he was replacing the fan motor, Vince was polite and professional, answering my questions and explaining motor details. I am very satisfied with his work, and was pleasantly surprised (and relieved) that the total cost of the repair service was under $200. Vince Neibert’s name should definitely be on Santa’s “Nice List”!"
"Called Vince about 8:00AM to fix our Noisy freezer/refrigerator . He told me he had a call in our area and then he would stop by to check out the Fridge. He was here by 9:00 AM. Vince is a very polite professional and explains the procedure as he goes along. Actually fun to have around. He fixed the problem and checked for any other problems. Rates are well within the ballpark. Would not hesitate to use him for all Appliance problems in the future. Thank you Vince for a job well done. Bert LaGoy"
