"I honestly have no clue why this place has a 5 star rating on Google. If you want to see honest reviews, look at their Yelp ratings.. I took my phone in on a Tuesday to get my cracked phone screen fixed. The boy at the counter "which doesn't know much at all" said he had to order it and it would arrive the next day. Wednesday comes, I call to get an estimate for when my phone would be ready. They told me their shipments usually come in by 4pm and it would take them 45min. to fix the actual screen so they would be calling me that day. Thursday comes, still NO CALL OR TEXT. I tried calling them twice to get an update on my phone. No answer. I decide to just head over with my husband to pick up my phone at 5:30pm and on our way there we get a call back saying "oh yeah, your phone is ready". I finally pick up my phone and the SIM card isn't reading. I then had someone else look at it just to find out the the back of the phone wasn't even closed all the way and they broke an antenna that connects the phone to the SIM card reader. Also, they only accept cash. I asked the boy in the counter how much it would be so I could take the money out of the bank. He said $179. I said "okay, thats what this other guy told me on the phone. I'll bring $180". We pick up the phone and they asked for +$190 for "Tax".. If you're card machine isn't working and a customer asks how much it would be in total, common sense would be to calculate the whole total to the customer. I advise you to STAY AWAY from this place. They will tell you your phone will be ready the next day but it won't and they will break your phone in the process."
