"Great service and dedicated follow through. Shawn arrived and introduced himself, presented his photo id, and stood away from the door. When invited in, he put on clean booties over his shoes, and entered to do his work. I appreciated his professionalism and respectfulness. His work was efficient and he kept me informed of his progress. As it turned out, the repair was extra tricky due to prior alterations to the unit that preexisted my ownership of the home. He had to return two separate times to trial solutions before successfully getting the repair completed. No extra charge for the multiple trips, and the complicated multiple issues that needed diagnosing to solve the problem would have caused most folks to just give up and suggest to me that it’s unrepairable, and maybe try to sell me a whole new unit. But not this company! And not Shawn. They persevered with integrity and extreme competency and dedication. A++ score in my book. Only folks I’ll ever call for any future needs I have."
