"Living in Venice, Florida, this is an unusually scorching summer; my family and I were unfortunate enough to experience an air conditioning crisis when our unit started leaking. Desperate to relieve the oppressive heat, we contacted Patrick Air LLC for assistance. Despite the overwhelming demand for their services, they managed to come through for us exceptionally. Upon contacting Patrick Air LLC, the receptionist informed us about the high volume of AC-related issues in the area, which resulted in a week-long wait for an appointment. Given the circumstances, we understood the situation and patiently awaited our turn. The receptionist was courteous and empathetic, making us feel understood and valued as customers. Fast forward to the day of our scheduled appointment, and we were pleased to find out that Patrick himself, the company's owner, would be handling our repair. This personal touch demonstrated his dedication to customer satisfaction and willingness to go above and beyond to help those in need. Patrick arrived promptly and efficiently assessed the situation. "Good morning, this is a sad day. I have used this service for my house with no issues. But my service tech was Hannah and she was amazing. But they can’t seem to get decent receptionist/ secretary. When we used them the one the had was absolutely garbage. I would call and call and get no call backs. My husband calls and they send someone out right away that doesn’t seem right. I told them and they said they looking for someone else, last one wasn’t right for for company. Not to mention last 2-3 times I called all I wanted was filter they had promised me 3-4 last times they came out. From Patrick the owner himself. Well the finally get me one because it is custom, you can’t just buy at the store. And it cost me $100.00. Which wasn’t right, when I paid I wrote a letter about it. Patrick called back and I explained. And they didn’t apologize. Didn’t say I sorry for miscommunication, nothing. The correct thing would have been to see I was existing customer, referred hundreds of people to the business, and either not caged the check I wrote, refunded me. Or gave me my yearly maintenance contract for free. But he just said “I was told to call you, thanks for information and have nice day.” Well fast forward I recommend this company for my mom. Because Patrick’s (owner was always very understand and great at explaining to me). My mom calls because of an issues, the come out say they fixed it plus pays for maintenance. Not even a few days go by same issue again, but this time we can’t get a call back at all. So after of calling and calling for almost a month we get a call back. But they charge her again, says it is fixed. And maybe the issue could have came back in a month. Excise me, no same issue don’t come back if they are fixed correctly the first time. That is why we pay and call professional in the first place. Well needless to say issue isn’t fixed and she doesn’t want to call again even after I told her to, because she doesn’t want to pay a 3rd time for the same issue. Even after the tech I spoke with first time said if you call for same issue by 3x it feee because we make a mistake. But the issue is we don’t want to have to call 1000x no answer and no return call. And not have the same issue not fixed that we called in June they said it was fixed, within days same issue get someone back out in July/august because it took that long to actually call back. Same issue not fixed, same issue and still not fixed and it was September when I left 3-4 voicemails on Patrick the owner cell phone for my mom with no return. I am not sure what is going on with the company. But the level of customer service has dropped severely. And the level of knowledge from the technicians seem to have dropped severely as well. So sad to say I will no longer be recommended this company to anyone. Not the venice groups, not my neighbors, not my family, not people at the church. To many good companies, times are not good for many right now. For us to waste our money on unprofessional companies. So now I believe I will be contacting better business Bureau and explains all of this."

They installed a York HVAC system in 6 hours. I made the correct decision. Our new system was not only competitively priced it has proven to be more efficient than our previous system .
