"Went in to replace the battery on a Galaxy S6 with no phone damage to the glass screen. I was told an hour wait for the replacement to be done, after returning an hour later I was told the repair would take another 30 minutes. I come back 30 minutes later and I'm told the front glass shattered upon removing it from the machine and they could replace the front but all they have is white. I ok the change and return another 30 minutes later. I'm handed the phone and a document saying the repair was complete and there was nothing else wrong. I visually inspect the phone and the front looks fine so I sign and walk out of the store. I turned over my phone and a quarter size chuck of the back is sheared away. I go back in to ask what happened and the employee told me she forgot about the damage on the back and forgot to mention it. They can replace the back as well, but only in white and it would take 5 minutes. I ok the repair and I'm handed back the phone. I leave the store a second time and the front side glass is now peeling up and very easily get a fingernail and key under the phone screen. Also about a week after the repair the back screen glass developed a large crack after overnight charging the battery. They completely failed every part of the repair and essentially have forced me to upgrade to a new phone after this botched repair. Do not trust them with any repair you couldn't do yourself."
