"I want to compliment Best Buy/Geek Squad for having two amazing knowledgeable courteous young men at your Sanford, FL store. Rey Jean and Dylan Greenhall did for us what AT&T (two different offices) couldn't do. We have tried since Sept 24 to have our data transferred from our old phones to the new ones. All we got was run around. In 40 minutes these young men had our data transferred. These two need a raise and a promotion."

"Ina and Geek Squad perfect is excellent she explained to me , I only had one computer the Chromebook is not a computer it's in an entity by itself it doesn't accept a lot of apps , Ina is very knowledgeable very personable and listens to everything you say so she can get it right."

"I took my computer here on Tuesday because the monitor displayed no signal. When I took the tower to the store the young man at the front counter told me that they can fix the computer for $199. No one even touched my computer. He just quoted a price. I ended up taking my computer to Refresh Computers in Longwood, and they were able to diagnose the problem within 5 minutes. There were a few loose wires and after it was reconnected, I was able to walk out of the store with no other problems after that. I am so disappointed at the level of service at this store. Please hire better technicians!"

"Came here to get my pc fixed after a power surge during an update fried my pc, pretty expensive but I needed the fix because I work off my computer. When I got the computer back I was told that it wouldn't connect to the wifi, and that there was an issue with the wifi adapter. Figuring that they know what they're doing, I purchased another adapter and installed it only for that one to not work either. Turns out they never reinstalled the drivers necessary for the adapter. Thankfully I kept the old adapter because I felt something was off, because the second one I bought ended up being defective."
