"We recently had the FlexArmor roof quoted and installed by EliteRV on our 2023 GDRV Reflection 341RDS. From initial contact to delivery their staff answered every question and resolved every one of our concerns. 5 star effort and results. We watched several YouTube videos on the process and the staff at Elite appreciated our background knowledge and enhanced that knowledge. Bryon took his time to review some area of concerns with roof material wrinkles from GDRV factory. We set realistic expectations and he far exceeded what I thought would be possible in rehabbing the roof. Courtney fielded all of our questions and followed up promptly with answers. The entire staff is friendly and treated us like we were family. Some key learnings from the process and YouTube reviews: Walk down your roof and understand your problem areas prior to work, then discuss those areas and develop a plan to mitigate the issues within the time and cost you're willing to spend. Don't assume the service will perform xy or z repairs, ask upfront and get clarity of what will or can be fixed. Our roof had several wrinkles and a YouTube review stated another flex armor install location simply sprayed over the areas and didn't "fix" them prior to application. So we asked and Bryon went over each issue and what a repair might look like or produce a quote to perform extra service to fully rehab the area above the coating install price which is fair. Understand that this product will not perform a miracle if there are pre existing issues the coating simply will cover. In our application we had issues with roof decking seams under the rubber roof and I fully expected to see those seams after the coating install unless I wanted them to sand down and epoxy all those areas, which is a service they offer. I wanted the protection of the coating more than a visually flawless smooth as glass coating finish. I had realistic expectations that did not diminish when I saw the finished product. Even the FlexArmor website example photos show similar results that I have on my roof and I'm 100% ok with the results. Last item, get the skylight coated with their LED light kit installed in the shower skylight. It illuminates beautifully. We mentioned they should feature this upgrade and even consider add variable light color feature sets. Thank you EliteRV staff for making everything so smooth and easy. It made our drive from Port St Lucie simple and well worth it. I've attached a couple of before photos then after photos. EliteRV did send some photos during the process as well."
