"I called this company, explained what service I needed, the person who answered the phone was very polite and professional. She placed me on hold, verified they could perform the work, and scheduled an appointment. Here is where the rudeness comes in. About an hour later, the plumbing 'manager' called and stated that he wouldn't send someone out to perform the work as it'd be 'a waste of time, and they were plumbers, not leak detectors' which is fine, his tone and rudeness was unnecessary. I own quite a bit of rental properties and will never use their services simply because of the managers lack of professionalism."
