They confirmed the time with me and kept in touch with text and email about exact arrival time and then allowed me to track their route to my house. They were expert plumbers and worked well together. They were very efficient and very clean. I highly recommend them, and we will call them again if needed. "RIP OFF... we called this company out to do repairs on my mothers drain line. We showed the Tech everything we needed them to check, the leak under the sink and on the adjacent wall. The Tech told us we would have to replace the entire drain line. We asked if we needed to pull any appliances out he said "No I can see the leak on the opposite wall." They quoted her repairs for over $2k. We approved the work they fix the leak under the sink but did not fix the drain line in the walls. There is still a leak on the same wall we showed the tech on the first visit. When we called to have them look at the same leak we had already showed them, they quoted another $1600 to fix the leak we originally showed them. We were told they did not quote us on that leak and that is a additional cost. Why would you tell a customer you have to replace something and not quote them on ALL OF THE WORK, just to turn around later and ask for more money to fix what we originally showed you the problem was. This is Very bad business If I knew they would not do what they said VERBALLY AND ON PAPER I would have found honest people. The Tech knew what he told us we needed to get done for my mothers house and he did not do the work only to come back later and charge more. I would not recommend these people and if you do, make them show you their work. I would have understood better if they would have said we cant quote you until we can see behind the wall because water travels, which is what they are telling us NOW. Nope they quoted repairs did only part of the leak and took my mothers money. Job incomplete! SCAM!"
