"Great experience all around! Just bought a new town house and needed a fresh install of 3 ceiling fans before our official move date. Called and got a very reasonable quote after looking around a bit. Out of the 3 places I called, not only was ETD the cheapest, but their customer service was very accommodating with scheduling. The day of service was a breeze. Austin showed up 10 minutes early and got started right away after I explained where everything was. During each install, he made sure to ask if their was any preference I needed as far as rod length and blade color, and showed me how to change it later on if I needed to. Everything went smooth and what I was quoted at the beginning was exactly what I paid at the end. I threw in a hefty tip because it's very rare to have such a straightforward experience like this.
