"THEY LIED! Horrific experience throughout, the customer service who I initially called told me that it was 95 dollars for the service and it was a special. I asked him 3 times just to be sure, he said oh yea it's a special promotion for that service and he never mentioned it was only a service call which was $89 which still doesn't match the price. When the tech was here, he quoted me almost $1000! I had nothing against the tech as he's doing his job to give quote, but the customer service rep that initially quoted me lied straight to my face after I made sure I heard right as I just had plumbers come out to my place to do snake which was less than $300! I felt LIED to by that customer service rep and it was nothing but a waste of time and money. I will report this to the Better business bureau and this isn't right, I would have not agreed to have someone out as I have 3 other plumbers that could have gone out for much cheaper. This is not how business is done! Lies and manipulation!"
