When I look at reviews I look for how the company handled problems. After installation our unit worked fine but shortly after that we had a part go bad. A&E went above and beyond what I expected to fix our problem and make me a satisfied customer."

"I made the appointment with Air & Energy and they immediately took care of my plumbing need. I was there when all the work was done and their Technician kept me updated if he saw anything else that should be taken care of as he completed the scheduled work. He installed the new drain lines and water hook-up to four (4) bathroom sinks and new fixtures. He also recommended new shutoff valves be replaced due to corrosion in the kitchen. He then installed new drain lines, fixtures and garbage disposal in the kitchen. Once he was done, every area was cleaned and vacuumed when he completed his work. Everything looks Great! I would Highly Recommend Air & Energy for any of the Services they Supply."

"We received a reminder of the appointment well in advance. The morning of our maintenance we received a notice with the technicians name and arrival time. Vince was very knowledgeable, punctual and very thorough in his work. He was here to perform our semi annual maintenance on our systems. He kept us informed of what he was doing and his findings. He was very considerate about bringing dirt into the house and on our floors. He gave us a summary on everything he did. Very pleased with his service. Thank you Vince!"
