"Had Air Medics out to check the A/C because we recently purchased our home and did not know when the last service was done. Luis arrived on time and was very courteous. He said the unit needed several repairs. UV lights, new coil and maybe a new compressor. Also said the unit was low on freon(?). He gave me an estimate for all repairs totaling $7200.00. Glad I didn't agree to it. I will have the repairs done by another company with higher review ratings for $430.00. I definitely will not be calling Air Medics again"

"I called to schedule a maintenance appointment because my unit has not been serviced for a couple years due to Covid. I specified that my A/C is working fine, no problems, I was just trying to be proactive with maintenance and wanted to get back on a yearly maintenace contract. The day of my appointment, a guy arrived 3 hours early and said he was here to "take a look at my unit that's not working." When I told him everything was fine, he said he was told it was an emergency call and he wasn't here to do a routine maintenance call. He made a call to the office and then told me that he was only assigned to emergency calls and that the office would call me to reschedule my routine maintenance appointment. No one ever called. I made the appointment a week ago. How did my appointment get misinterpreted as an emergency call? Is that how long it takes to get a tech out in an "emergency?" Calling someone else. There are plenty of other, bigger A/C businesses to call. Really disappointed that this company bought out the original company that installed my unit."

"Timothy did a great job. He was here for regular maintenance check. He took video & pictures and text them to me so I can show my husband what he recommends having replaced. He gave an estimated cost of what is recommended. Timothy was very professional and very helpful! He took his time to explain everything and made sure I understood what he was taking about."
