"We had a leak in our back flow valve. I called a few places and they all told me 7-10 business days for a good chunk of change because we had a cheap piece that didn’t have a very long lifespan and “the whole thing needed updating”. Called Parrish Plumbing after a recommendation and let me tell you, they were amazing from the start. First I called and it just rang and I got voicemail. I didn’t leave a message. Not even five minutes later I got a call from Parrish Plumbing with a woman stating she was on the phone when I called and saw my number so she called me back. She looked up my address looked at the report from our June back flow testing. She told me based on the results she thinks it was just the seal on the valve and didn’t think the whole thing needed replacing. She told me she would try to get us in that day but had to make a few phone calls. About 40 minutes later she called to tell me someone would be out right away. Not even 40 minutes after that, someone was at our door and SUPER helpful. Quickly fixed the valve and was on his merry way. I was seriously impressed. Thank you Parrish Plumbing!"
