"I wouldn’t let this scam artist touch a tonka toy. Brake lines were installed incorrectly. A line blew the day I got it home because he had them installed incorrectly. Frank promised to pay for a used set of brake lines, 3 unanswered texts and 2 voicemails later he calls back to say he won’t buy them. He then explained he doesn’t warranty the lines he put on, only if installed incorrectly. I sent him pics of them installed incorrectly, and offered to send him a write up from another shop explaining it wasn’t just me saying they’re installed wrong. He then said he doesn’t warranty stuff due to installation error. Fuel pump was installed backwards (vacuum pump). Quit after a week. In-line fuel filter installed backwards He said he cleaned and adjusted the carb. After I found all his mistakes I took it apart, He had the fuel mixture screw 1/4 way out, stock carb calls for 1.5 turns out, been running lean since I picked it up. Just to show you the level of competency of Frank, he recommended 2 cans of green slime for the front tire because it had a small leak. Can’t make this stuff up. Out of all this, I just asked him to buy a used set of brake lines ($180 and I sent him the link) and ill install them and I’ll move on. As long as this review is up, he has not taken care of this. I’ll delete when he makes it right."
