"The technicians are very knowledgeable but customer service all automated lines, can’t speak to anyone. I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for repair parts ordered for my washer and dryer and they were scheduled for today, got a message at1:20 to call some number to confirm the appointment because they received the parts and when I call any of the 6 numbers I have, the messages are they have not received those parts ."
"Stay clear and go with another company! Contracted through my home warranty service and have shown their true colors of being hot garbage. Canceled two appointments with no courtesy call as to why but called early this morning to let me know i was last on their list of calls for the day then canceled via text and rescheduled a week later. Sears is not what it used to be and has degraded its quality aswell as its reputation. Highly not recommended at all."
