"WeBreak your dishwasher and Deny Responsibility This company was sent to my home through American Home Shield to fix my dishwasher that wasn't drying. They sent Artem, who came 3 times to diagnose, troubleshoot, and finally fix my dishwasher. They finally fixed the issue on the 3rd visit. However, they completely destroyed my dishwasher door with deep gouges and scratches because the technician placed the door on top of his tools (not a blanket). His fingerprints were all over the sides of the door when he was reinstalling it (no gloves). We sent timestamped photos to this company showing that this damage occurred at this visit. They have photos on file from their previous 2 visits that confirm that we had no damage prior to this visit. We have had this dishwasher for over 6 years and have never damaged the door. All of a sudden, co-incidentally after we have a visit from this technician, we have significant damage to our dishwasher. This company completely denied that they caused the damage and will not fix the damage they inflicted on my property. They came to my house to fix my dishwasher, damaged it, and then ran away saying it was my fault. Completely unethical and horrible business practice! Save yourself the headache and DO NOT USE!!!"
