"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Was told that our "trip charge" would be included in our total service charge (the trip charge was to hold the service appt). It was not included and was added to the service repair. When called to question, was treated VERY rudely and was basically told "sorry you were told that". We are sorry that we used this company. Stay away."
"The worst ever. My dryer was like start and stop after 2 seconds.I called and get a quote the guy said in order for them to check my dryer I have to pay $75 &yes I paid that. And when the guy came he took almost 1hour to figure out that the motor is the problem he asked me $400 to fix it. So I said no thank you. And guess what guys he wasn’t the motor at all it was the plug and thank God my husband figured out. But these people are not recommended. I regret my $75."
