"“Fixed” two leaks by skimmer. Paid at time of service. Started leaking again the next day. He would not return phone calls to come out and check for other leaks. Never got a response back. Called American Leak Detection and they found a large leak behind the light and the overflow had sunken. In addition, had to repatch the areas Bay Leak had done. Would never recommend Bay Leak to anyone. Very poor customer service."

"Leigh was absolutely amazing! Professional and thorough. He's worth the wait don't get discouraged if he doesn't answer leave a message. I left a message and he had called back within a couple days. He was here the next day and my pool hasn't lost water since. I am a very happy customer especially after having someone else come first, charge more, and make three trips without any solutions to a problem that Leigh identified and fixed in one day! Hope to not have issues in the future but If I do at least now I know who to call first!"
