"Very customer oriented, and professional. Scheduled a pocket door repair, not knowing if it would be a 2 minute repair or 2 hours. Like all professional repair companies you are going to have to pay for the first hour, even if it only takes 10 minutes. Ace recommend having another job needed in case this happens. Pocket door repair 10 minutes. Service technician then spent rest of hour fixing another problem that came up same morning. Got 2 repairs fixed, one call, and one money. Will use them again, and highly recommend."

"I contacted Ace and I was told that an estimate would cost $129 and if they were awarded the job, I would get credit for 1/2 the amount applied toward payment. I quickly told them never mind. I have never paid for someone to compete for my business, and I never will. Seems shady to me because if the job was something they could not handle, they'd give me a high price so that I wouldn't hire them, yet they'd still get $129 out of me."

"If I could leave zero stars, I would!Very unprofessional... I called several days ago, left a voicemail message, and NO ONE called me back!!!! UPDATE AS OF 12/20: In response to your reply...I don't know whose number you left a voicemail message on, but it surely wasn't mine as I checked. In addition, I also checked my phone log from Tuesday, as you purported to have called, and the only numbers registered are from my contacts and a few others (which I checked by calling back and none of them came from ACE handyman services or anyone related to ACE handyman services). Someone did call me this morning, December 20th, at which time I advised her that I had already obtained services elsewhere, and she did explain the situation ( however she said "SHE was sick at the end of last week and was back in the office on Monday and was playing catch up" and I quote) she was pleasant and offered and an apology, so at least you've got part of the story correct. I'm sorry that you BOTH were sick with the flu at the same time. However, you can't fault a customer for being honest, especially when they're not aware of the situation upon the writing of this review. Maybe you should consider putting other protocols in place should this happen again in order to advise customers and in the interim not loose business. Because if I call you on Monday morning (as stated) and I don't hear back by Tuesday afternoon (which is when I secured other services) I felt I gave ample time to receive a response (again my personal opinion). I was going to revise and update this review as soon as I was able as your representative called while I was traveling. This was my personal and truthful experience. I did call Monday, left a message, and did not hear back from anyone (and that's what I stated upon my initial review) until this morning, Wednesday."

"Brian was professional and very personable. He was able to get the job i needed done in a timely manner. thanks to Brian’s handy work, i no longer have to open my sink cabinet to run my garbage disposal. He was able to drill a hole in my countertop without damaging anything else! And hook up everything necessary to run the disposal from a switch. Will definitely use their service again for some home projects."
