"The owner of this business is thee worst I have run into years. He is thee absolute worst at communication and returning calls . He gives quote and fails to honor it. When you want to discuss he gets defensive and his quote verses billing difference is not his problem. I would never ever refer this company or the owner. He should not be in business. Plan to pay twice what he tells you over the phone if and when he calls you back . Also check your thickness what was there verses what he replaced with was not the same so cheated again .Overcharged and took advantage of this is what to expect from Rusty at Costal Glass"
