"We had a Mac that died so instead of taking it to a certified Apple tech in Pensacola, I thought I would do business locally and try Happy Computers. I called ahead of time to confirm they could fix Macs. They said yes. They had the computer for 3 months and still couldn't fix it. To make matters worse, there was never any communication from anyone at this place. I had to call weekly to get an update and there was never a clear explanation of what the issue was or how long it would take for the repair. After 3 months of frustration and still not working, we took it to Tech Advanced Computers in Pensacola and they had it fixed in a week. They communicated with us every step of the way. We will never go back to Happy Computers for anything. The worse customer service I've ever experienced. They are nice people but don't seem to care about customer communication. I usually don't like to leave harsh reviews, but wanted to share our experience. Take your Macs to a certified Apple repair shop."
