"I'm not sure about how they conduct business when selling houses; but as for the management of their rentals, it's pretty grim. AC broken for over 3 Months (!) and counting (in a record breaking Florida summer). They started ignoring emails, and stopped coming around to the property. They just called one incompetent handyman who clearly doesn't know what to do, never considered a plan B. Been renting from them for years, rent was always paid on time. The disregard, disrespect, and disdain they've treated their renters with is shocking and insulting. Due diligence, communication, integrity, are all severely lacking with this company. I might have recommended them in the past because their properties are in nice locations, but they've been a nightmare to deal with."

"My mother is a senior citizen, and Margaret Barnes has treaded her so horrible, she had a mini stroke after reading one of her emails, she told my 70 year old mother , that she needs to move and give up her lease because she knows she cannot afford the rent, my mother has never been late and make 4 times the required rent, she has moved the rent from $1500 to $2001 with no warning or notice, she has racially profiled my mother and when she went into the office to speak with Ms Barnes , she told her that she was out of town, when it’s evident that she was in fact in her office the entire time. My mother has asked for help over and over and no one has returned her call, Ms Barnes is harassing and have made several treats to a senior citizen, can we please get some kind of help from the owners ."
