His staff arrived and were very careful to leave everything the way it was when they got there. They went above and beyond the call to make my security system and Internet safe and simple. I also count on them for remote troubleshooting, if the system is down, they respond within a reasonable time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home security system."

"Amazing!! I actually just called to see if they could test my old-school component system to see where my issue was, and not only did Robert say he could do it, but that he could stop by in about 20 minutes (please don't expect that kind of timing! I think I hit a sweet spot in his day!!). Once he was here, he did a couple of basic tests and lo and behold! My system was fine! It was just a wire that hadn't been stripped properly! Then I asked how much it would cost to just connect my whole system for me. An hour and a reasonable fee later, any my system (that hasn't worked properly in years!) was up and running, and sounding as good as ever!! I honestly didn't know how much I was missing my music until I got it back. I could not be more pleased, and I can only say good things about Robert and his service. HIGHLY recommend!!!"
