"I am SO very grateful to Greg for how well he cares for my wonderful vintage Singer Featherweight and my faithful 1970s era Bernina. Recently, I had a quirky problem with my Bernina, so I took it to Greg at A to Z Sewing & Vacuum. Greg was absolutely determined to troubleshoot every possible area which could have been the root cause, and he got it!! Hooray! He knew that I was determined to not give up this machine, and he was just as determined to fix the root cause. Also, no waiting for three weeks to get a machine serviced, as I have experienced in the past with other shops. Thanks, Greg!"
"I brought both a vacuum and a sewing machine that needed repair into A to Z . They quickly looked over them to discover the issues. The vacuum needed multiple replacement parts and the sewing machine had a broken gear deep in the housing. Wayne (the owner) told me that fixing this gear on such an old sewing machine was probably not worth the labor and parts required to fix it. In about 3 days, Wayne called back and said the vacuum was fixed. When I picked the vacuum up, everything was fixed and in good working order. His bill was very reasonable and I appreciated his honesty about the sewing machine. I will use A to Z Sewing and Vacuum again when I have a problem."

"So pleased! I drove over a hour to take my machine here and was not disappointed. He quickly checked it out and fixed it up so I didn't have to drive back to pick it up. Very pleasant. And now my sewing machine it running better then it did when the manufacture warranty place worked on it."
