"We have our place and a STR in Sandestin. The HVAC went haywire at our place so, knowing that they had better knowledge of contractors, we asked our STR agent for a recommendation. We called Priority 1 at Jeremy's (Beach Blue) recommendation. OMG and LOL! What a ride it turned into! Turned out to be several separate problems all interacting. The Tech they sent, Terry, was sad that he didn't get it the first trip out. I dunno. You find something and fix it, you don't expect that there's two other problems. You don't start from scratch and rewire everything! Guy was being way too hard on himself. I don't think they made much money, if any, on this job, but I'm giving full credit. They came. They delivered. They probably lost money on this job, but they stood up to their estimate. What else can I say? They're good folks. Jokingly, we told Terry we never hoped to see him again. But, I'd buy the guy a beer anytime!"
"We arrived at our condo in Miramar Beach to find out our AC was broken. It was a Friday at 6PM and the temperature was 90 degrees inside. We called Priorioty 1 and spoke with Haley who was very professional and helpful. She had a tech out in less than 2 hours and it was fixed right away. Our tech was John and he was great! He was knowledgeable and very efficient. Thanks to Priority 1 we were able to stay and enjoy our beach trip."
