"Called about a leak at my home. Got an appt for Thursday the following week. The lady I spoke to could use some phone etiquette. I called back to cancel and repeatedly got sent to a full mail box. They never showed up at the appointed time anyway, so I guess I didn't need to cancel. I really don't have any stars for them at all. Got a locally owned company to come out and got fabulous service."

"Receptionist is lazy man in office was rude..hung up on me didn't care about water lines, gas lines, electrical lines in yard. Says they just trench and if if break u fix...I said we can't do that. He said u need to find another company to do it and hung up on me...receptionist made one email attempt to reach insurance.. I said she should call, she said it was my job not her. Just rude and not professional...poor work ethics."

At 9:15 I called to find out why they hadn't shown up and was told that they had another customer that took priority so they would get to me as soon as they were finished. 5 days later, I called them again because they still haven't arrived and I've yet to receive a phone call from them. I wasn't as pleasant this time but they eventually came out a few days later."
