"TJ arrived and assessed the issue. Repaired the problem. Found a problem with the previous installed flange and came up with a solution and effected the fix Wonderful person and knew his trade and the method of repair. Will use him for all our plumbing needs. Great to work with."
"Peaden came to fix broken pipes in the place we are renting, what a horrible experience! They showed up one morning and told my wife we can’t be in the house and moved in jack hammers as we packed up the dogs and whatever we could fit in the cars (landlord did not communicate so not peadens fault). In the 74 days we’ve dealt with peaden, me or the wife took off work for service calls, they had 2 emergency call outs (tech can’t make it), the one that lead to my review was an annual heating/cooling check up 7am-12pm I got a call at 11 they wouldn’t be there…really one time ok but thats the second. Kicker when they were jack hammering to fix the pipes they didn’t cover any of our stuff..concrete and tile dust/debris everywhere, said they would get a pro cleaner to come out….my wife had to spend two days cleaning the mess and we’re still not done. Peaden you ask NEVER!!"
