"I purchased an echo with warranty and all from. HALLS HARDWARE. When it backfired thru the carb. It died on me. Leeks told me it was my fault. I have 30 years experience. So they sold me a made in China carb. It lasted 2 jobs"
"Disappointing experience and apparently I am the exception to the rule, so I hope this is the case for everyone else. Called 3/7 and arranged pick up of ride on mower for the Friday. Nobody came. Called Saturday to find out about pick up, paperwork had been lost, pick up rescheduled for 3/17. Nobody came. Called Saturday and pickup was scheduled for Monday. In the text to schedule from owner was "to make up for lost time I will get it turned around by Friday so we haven't lost any time." Texted and called multiple times to find status of mower with no reply. Today (4/7) got a call with an estimate of the cost and that it would be another week to be repaired. I was told that I should come and see all the mowers that they have on site which would explain why mine was missed. Declined the offer and I'll get the mower repaired elsewhere instead. If I ever get it back - delivery is scheduled for next Friday."
