"We have purchased several used, refurbished washers and dryers from this small, family run company, for ourselves and for family members. We recommend them to everyone. Their integrity and genuine concern for their customers is basically unmatched. If you want bells, whistles and a little song played at the end of your spin cycle, you . . . may find that here, I'm really not sure. We are always on the search for solid, reliable work-horse machines, and these guys do have those. The young man who handles the service calls was just here today, making a rather involved troubleshooting repair on a machine we purchased a few months ago. He kindly refused my checkbook because it was under warranty. You just do not see integrity like that in today's world. I will continue to buy appliances from these folks just for that. My washing machine doesn't play a little tune when it's done working. But it does come with the people at X's and O's."

"If I could give them more stars I would! Asa came out the same day and replaced the washer pump with a used one he had. I honestly thought I needed a new washer. He was so sweet and cheerful and the bill was so low I had to give a bit extra! When does that happen?!"

"X and O appliances is my go to place for reasonable gently used appliances. They are honest, polite, and friendly. A family business. We met them in 2013 when we first needed appliances for our first home. And the washer and dryer we bought still work in 2018! We traded them in for some minor repairs and got a different set. Allen is very fair and they even offer warranties because they trust their repair work is good enough to do so. They have saved our family money and we greatly appreciate them!"
