"Absolutely horrible service if you want to pawn something. They also give you garbage used electronics as well. I have bought a computer in this store before that needed to be charge in order for it to function, today I was selling a computer that didn't have a really good battery, but works like brand new and they couldn't even accept that. Honestly, really hate this place and do not go there if you are wanting to sell your items because they'll just sell it for a worse price."

"Everybody I am still in the chain o plaza decided to visit the pawn shop there I only could take or was allowed to take pictures on the outside so just to let you know there's a pawn shop in this area I can't say much about it due to the fact that I would not allowed but look up the area they might have some pictures there . "Worse experience I ever had gentleman behind the desk name Chad had no knowledge on gold an Actually was incredibly rude to me and started raising his voice not only at me but my wife when we simply just asked him a value on some gold we brought in would not recommend anybody to take cold here please go elsewhere there are so many other pawnshops and jewels that will give you a fair price on your gold this individual here along with the staff is very very very inconsistent and in competent on goods that are being sold in their store as well as having knowledge base on what customers have. Honestly really hope that cash of America closes him down because he’s representing their company very poorly I’ve gone to other branches that have been a lot friendlier and more reasonable when it came down to things"
