"Anchor Air was incredibly responsive, in fact due to being busy their owner actually made the initial service call that evening. Realized we were probably going to need a whole new system. Owner said they would be out first thing the next morning, and his tech Seth Desormeax was there at exactly 8am. They worked throughout the day and had the installation completed by late afternoon on a very hot day. We were VERY appreciative of Seth’s efforts to get our AC back!"
"Jason Middleton very promptly returned my call for help with an AC water drainage problem in my attic. Within an hour he was in my attic correcting the issue. Had he not responded so promptly I could have had water damage to my ceiling. Jason is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He genuinely cares about his customers.
