"Daniel did a great job repairing my Samsung freezer. We had returned from out of town to find SOLID ICE as high as the bottom shelf and FILLING the bottom basket! It turned out to be from a clogged defrost drain. He had quite a job on his hands getting out all that ice but he persisted, cleared out that drain, and then even helped me clean up the freezer parts before we reassembled it. Problem solved."
