"Zero stars for them. We have had mold in our condo and not been able to stay there for months! We had the professionals from Florida determine that the mold is in the air and coming from under the condo. We paid over $3000 to get rid of the black mold, but the odor returns in weeks. Noone from "stellar" properties has come to help us or to even check it out for us. They keep telling us it's the marsh smell. I know what the marsh smells like and it is not the same as black mold! They are despicable! Don't have any concern for the people paying the mortgage and association fee! Not so stellar!!!"
"Stellar is a hot mess. Their service is beyond terrible, the administrators are all high and mighty, and their communication skills are straight-up garbage. Let's talk about their so-called "service." Whenever I needed help or had a legit concern, these people acted like I was interrupting their nap time. Seriously, they couldn't care less about us homeowners. Their attitude was all about themselves and their precious power, leaving us feeling like a bunch of pesky mosquitoes buzzing around their heads. And don't even get me started on communication. It's like pulling teeth to get any info out of these guys. When we tried reaching out for answers, we were met with crickets or a response so slow, we aged a few years waiting. Who needs a two-way street of communication when you can just ignore people, right? Honestly, dealing with the Stellar was a total disaster. They're supposed to make our lives better, but they're too busy making us miserable. Do yourself a favor and find an HOA that actually gives a darn about its residents and knows how to communicate like normal human beings. To sum it up, the Stellar gets a big, fat thumbs-down from me. Don't say I didn't warn you!"
