"This place is amazing! Awesome swimming pool area and a residential lounge to play pool and relax to watch tv. Free coffee every morning placed out by the staff! The staff and management are amazing . Stuff gets done they have preventative maintenance regularly which helps with any pests or previous pest that came from neglect! Such a lovely place and once again I can express how amazing the staff and management are they really make sure the important things get done and we are living in a great environment"

"I used to love living here. Previous management was considerate, friendly, and approachable. Now we have MONTHLY non-optional "preventative maintenance" entering every unit, between 9-10am—luxury apartments? More like lack of privacy and consideration. Preventative maintenance is usually done once or twice a year at most. They should worry more about illuminating the entrance of the complex facing Federal Highway (which you can barely see and easily miss), adding direction signs throughout the complex for guests and delivery drivers and letting tenants know when there is construction around the complex!!!"

"Do NOT move here. Looks nice on the outside but is a complete prison. Fire alarms go off randomly. Electric works when it wants to. When it rains first floor gets flooded. Mold everywhere, and smells terrible. Office staff is completely rude, won't help you at all with any issue. Joanna is running this place into the ground. No one knows how to do their job. Their response to everything is "no". They enter your apartment monthly to do a "maintenance" check. I can't wait for my lease to end."

"Highly recommend this property. The staff has a great attitude, friendly and efficient. The property is well maintained, and spotless. Love the air conditioned hallways and convenience of the elevators. Respectful, friendly neighbors. Gorgeous pool and clubhouse. Excellent location."
