"Stayed in boat house for a business trip. Kotie- the on-site care taker was awesome! Available if I needed her, very respectful of my space and time!, and knowledgeable about the area. The accommodations were VERY CLEAN, well apportioned, comfortable indoor furniture, comfortable bed with a few types of pillow, and great outdoor deck with view! Definitely would love to return!"

"This is a great place to stay when visiting Stuart or the surrounding area. The Boathouse is right on the water and we love it. We’ve visited three times now and have stayed in the Boathouse twice and Rio House once. Rio House is a little more tucked back but still offers views of the water and great sunsets. I’d say Rio House is slightly more private but both places are great and nice & clean. This is where we will continue to stay while visiting Stuart or close. They do have both bikes and kayaks if you want to adventure."

"Absolutely perfect! The view was gorgeous especially the sunsets. Right on the waterway. Cindy was great! She met us there and walked us through everything. We used the kayaks and fished a couple of days and had a great time! Thank you Cindy we cannot wait to come back!"
