But for the rainy first day of our trip the rest was just perfect: well-stocked and cozy apt, convenient location - a few steps to the ocean and incredible views. Would love to come back soon! "This property management company is a joke. The place we stayed was beautiful and probably would have been ok had there not been a tropical storm. That is out of their control, however, what is not out of their control is the fact that their window had such a terrible leak it flooded one of the bedrooms. They had a dryer that did not work and we ended up flying home with bags of wet clothes. The first night we arrived we had to wait until 1am for maintenance to show up because the A/C unit was frozen over. I tried being polite with them at first. Then when I asked for a refund of some sort they filed a request for damages that we very clearly did not cause! I have videos of the water pouring in as well as a video of the dryer being put into different cycles to prove it shuts off after about 30 seconds. This is unbelievable. The customer service was absolutely horrendous. And they have refused to post my review to their actual page because of course it’s not going to be anything good. If they would have done what was right this could have been avoided. I should edit my review to state that I received a phone call from Stay Today asking me to remove my post. They stated the only way they would give me any type of reimbursement for the horrible experience we had was if we updated our review to state something that was untrue or delete it altogether. My husband sent them an email and he has left three voicemails and nobody from their office seems to really care about making this situation right for us. It’s pathetic that they would try to force me to change my review for a partial reimbursement and now they are avoiding any contact due to my husband being an attorney."

"We planned our honeymoon with Stay Today. Not only they answered all the questions we had (and we had many) but also recommend us a few dining and entertainment options near our apartment. They were taking care of us during the whole stay and made sure we felt home away from home!!! Thank you team!"
