"Do not recommend. We just recently stayed at one of their rental properties and had an awful experience. Despite being listed as having a heated pool, upon check in date we found the pool to not be heated. We were told inconsistent things regarding the pool heater, from ability to purchase add on from an app, to the property not having one, to the heater being “broken”. After several attempts to reach out they stated the heater had been broken for “30 days” and there had been no attempt to either fix this heater or notify us prior to our rental that this was broken. They did agree to compensate for this inconvenience, although have yet to receive this call and will likely have to reach out ourselves again for this. In addition to above the grill was not usable as the igniter was broken as well as the tub in the main bathroom (drain continuously drained so could not fill it up). They have nice features, but we were unable to use practically any of them. Did not seem to be properly cleaned either, our feet were filthy after walking on the floors for no more than 5 minutes. Reconsider staying at any of their properties."

"Terrific company. Super reasonable prices. Great locations to beach and restaurants in the area. Clean and very well maintained. Management is very responsive. My wife and I, and we’ve referred friends, stay for a week, at least once every year and we look forward to our stay with great anticipation. Highly recommend."

"Room was cozy. Sheets were clean. Place had everything in it to spend couple nights in Hollywood. 3 stars due too walls had patches and looks like place needs fresh paint job. Walls you can hear through them. I heard the next door Neiboor everything they talked about. And the deposit of 400$ they hold it and don’t place it back to your account for ever. That is why I gave it 3 stars. communication is very great with management."

"We recently stayed at Sea&I and to be honest it was one of the worst I have seen in Florida! The pool is nice (when clean) but only because it’s semi private! Between the HUGE American cockroaches every few hours or at the end our ceiling caving in and leaving a lake in our bedroom and ruining our tv and personal belongings and then promising to compensate us and two weeks later nothing… here I am! If your wife or girlfriend is scared of 2 inch clicking cockroaches this isn’t the place for you!"
