"Very bad, the hotel is in minimal condition, when we arrived at the hotel they charged us 11.25 per night for amenities that they never gave us, they charge you 7.45 for receiving packages at the hotel. Read everything before booking."
"This business is a scam! I purchased 3 tickets through Groupon and Mysteria never had a show before the the Groupon voucher expired. I called Mysteria 10 times over the course of 2 weeks and always got a voicemail. No one ever returned my call from Mysteria. When I contacted Groupon they told me no refund. Mysteria and Groupon pocketed Close to $70 of my money and neither are ethical enough to issue a refund."
