"Just called up there to see if I can pawn two of my Roku TVs without the remote because my kids lost them and I said I would bring my phone and have the app on it to show them that they work and the gentleman that answered the phone was named Michael and was a little bit rude when he asked if I was going to bring my phone in and sell it to somebody as well (it's not so much about the question he asked but the way he asked it was rude) and when I said no he said well then we kind of need the remote. I'm not trying to sell my TVs just needed to pawn them for about a month but now I know I will never do business there because they are rude!"

"When I walked in, I wasn’t expecting to be acknowledged or waited on right away do to the amount of customers. Nonetheless, I was wrong. Right away, a young lady (who I now know is named Rosa), greeted me almost immediately when I walked in. Even though she couldn’t assist me in that moment, she remained consistent on letting me know that someone would be with me shortly. Thankfully, when it was time for me to be assisted, she was the one who helped me. I was looking for a specific piece of jewelry for my grandmother and she was very knowledgeable. She patiently shared with me many options. Even though I left without a purchase, she didn’t seem aggravated with me. I felt bad about waisting her time, but she remained all smiles to the very end. Now that I have a better idea of what I am looking for, I will definitely be back and I pray that I get Rosa again!!"
