"I called in twice and spoke to Malorie. Unfortunately, I was promised a call back and never received it. I called back the next day and apparently the pics I emailed them as I was asked to was not looked at and Malorie asked if she will call me back again and I chose not to since she hadn’t called back the first time as she promised. I then proceeded to asked for a Monday, Tuesday, or Saturday appointment, however, the stylist’s schedule was showing that she had off for the entire month and she wasn’t sure if this was due to the new year as she is normally scheduled on Mondays. She continued to insist on Wednesday or Thursday after I had indicated it has to be on the days I asked for. She asked if she can call me back once speaking to the stylist and confirm if the dates on the calendar were correct. I don't understand why not ask during the call while I’m on the phone considering I waited for a call back and never received one and considering the run around. She should have the decency to at least make up for that but there were too many back and forth and promises that did not pend out just for a simple cut. Moving on to the next salon. Bad customer service and this is coming from a person with over 15 years of customer service experience! Smh"

"I have been a client of both Christie and now Weston and have been totally impressed with the results, professionalism, and knowledge they and everyone at this salon has! They do an amazing job listening to what my requests are and bringing them to life! Christie has gone above and beyond to help me with a range of styling questions and even helped with communicating my hair care information to Weston when I wasn't able to squeeze onto her schedule on short notice during the holidays. Changing stylist during the holidays is stressful enough but they were an amazing duo and helped achieve the exact look I was going for.... I feel like I struck gold with this place and I can't recommend this salon enough ;)"

"Their work is one of the BEST I have ever seen. Beautiful place. Awesome personnel. HOWEVER, front desk needs to get its act together. I went for a consultation (by appointment) 2 weeks ago. Next step was get the hair done. First appointment I had to cancel due to an accident. I rescheduled. I went to my hair appointment and I was not scheduled for hair, I was scheduled again for a CONSULTATION. What if I had an important engagement that same night? So please, if you make an appointment, call everyday and make sure that your appointment is for what it is supposed to be. Marie Miller"

"Today was my first visit and I could not be happier with my experience! I called to make my first appointment for a hair cut and Hair treatment. The receptionist was very nice and took time to help make my appointment based on my needs. I was told that the the stylist Westin would be the one to do my Brazilian keratin treatment. I showed up couple of days later for my appointment and despite the fact that I was about 10 Minutes early, I realized that Westin was ready for me. We started the consultation by assessing my needs and cut style. Westin is a good listener and very knowledgeable. He explained how the process will be and answered all my questions before we moved to the washing station. This Salon is so inviting and the vibes are so good from the time you walk in. I am very happy with my first experience and will definitely come back for another hair treatment with Westin."

"I was very disappointed with my haircut. I had my hair done with Kristel (not sure with the name because I think there were two Kris in the salon) A few days after my haircut, my partner noticed that it wasnt cut evenly and it really needs some fixing. I called them and went back to do so. All the staff were all friendly including the stylist but to cost me 55 dollars for this kind of haircut is not worth it at all. I never really wanted to write about this but as the days go by, I have observed that it was really a horrible haircut even after she fixed it. I had to cut a few myself on the side just to make it even and looks nicely."
