"Spectacular beach! Can even hear the waves from inside the condo. Walk to dining, bars, ice cream, movies and a 711 gas station. So quiet on Marco the whole island feels like a resort."

"Great clean condo. Wonderful view of the beach. Kayaks and paddleboards were delivered by PADDLE MARCO - fantastic service. Restaurants nearby were Sunset Grill and Stonewalls. Fantastic food at both."
"Stayed in this building for the second time last week. The first time we stayed we had a condo on the fifth floor. It was extremely clean. This time we had a unit on the second floor. The condo had some nice updates, but it wasn't kept well. We had to re-clean after arriving. This condo was managed by an agency and when I emailed them about the lack of cleanliness I didn't receive any kind of comment back from them. Also was not happy to receive a text from the cleaning service the day before we left to ask if we might be vacating early. I never gave management permission to give out my phone number. We will definitely visit Marco Island again. Just not in this building. Giving it 3 stars for the location which is amazing."
