"Worst vacation ever. If I could give them a 0 I would! Called to check on Condition of resort booked, no answer. Get notice our rental with information on the rental, no mention the pool will still be closed. Get to the unit and our toilet does not work. Have to request repairs on line (ticket them) and have to wait till Monday for reply and repair. Ask why we weren't contacted that the pool was closed as other rental agents had done, no reply except to tell us to look at frequently asked questions. Other agents even offered their renters the option to cancel, not ours! The air filter in the air-conditioner is so dirty it is sucked into the air handler. There is a layer of dust around the door to the air-conditioner 1/4 inch thick! Ticket them and they send me a filter that they want me to install. NO!! The last straw is ants all over the kitchen and front bedroom. They're crawling around the stove while I'm cooking. Ticket them on email and the say they have to contact the homeowners association. To which I respond we are out of here!!"
"Our experience with Axel and Bea Weiss was horrible! We stayed at their place in Runaway Bay Condominiums! We had problems and tried to get a hold of them and couldn't..left messages and they never responded! We went to the place on Riverview Dr..and it was an empty house! We were never notified that the pool at Runaway was gonna be closed do to maintenance! We had ants all over the place, the one toilet didn't work, rhe second toilet seat was broken, and the air conditioner was damaged..the filter was dirty..they did send us a new filter via an Amazon deliveey at 10:30pm and expected us to replace it. We were very disappointed with all that. We asked for compensation for not having the luxury of the pool..and they said they would give us $100.00 on our next visit..unacceptable! Axel and Bea are the owners of condo 224 at Runaway Bay and they as owners never contacted us! They had no regard for their place. Nothing against Runaway Bay we were their last year and had a great time..but we will not go back! Suncoast Vacation Rentals and Sea to sky are unreliable..stay away.."
