"SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE!!! My family of 15 stayed in one of the homes in storey Park Orlando.... we arrived to find the door code didn't work! We couldn't get into the house. We called the normal number and no response. We called the emergency number...no response (great emergency number). My dad went around back and found that the back door was unlocked. We then realized the AC was broken...in florida...in May... we contacted them AGAIN MULTIPLE TIMES. NO RESPONSE. The resort people were unable to help as they don't manage the houses. Additionally, we told them we had 3 vehicles (to accommodate our large family, carseats, and luggage) and were told there were 3 spaces available. The entire time there was only 2 spaces. Most often there was a trailer parked in the road space chained to a tree. Other times there was a car that had the trailer in the space. We finally got a hold of them at the end of our week long trip. THEY BLAMED US FOR "not telling us about the AC." We utilized every single contact available AND THEY TOOK DOWN THEIR VRBO LISTING.They offered us a 1 day refund for the issue. It is July (3 months later) and after many times trying to get our promised 1 night refund they have ghosted us and we are done trying. Its not worth it. The house was clean but not being able to get in and having 90 degree rooms upstairs made it a bad experience. We will NEVER stay again and promise that there are better options available. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED."

"Our air bnb is marketed as a luxury family friendly unit. Upon our arrival, our unit was not even cleaned from previous tenants. There were wet towels in the washer, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, a broken bath faucet (so unusable), and the worst, dirty sheets. We were given 3 towels for 5 people and no trash bags. Nobody could come fix the issue until the next day when we would be at magic kingdom. So we had to let a complete stranger come into the unit with all our belongings to take care of things that should have been done before we got there. You can also see from these pictures that this is indeed NOT a luxury unit. Dirty with broken light fixtures, dirty baseboards, exposed nails in the disgusting carpet. Needless to say, we will NOT ever book with snowbird properties again."

"Scroll down to Mathew Sanders' review and he is correct, it is a terrible experience. Their communication efforts are horrible. I am posting this review for our friends, who my heart breaks for. They were going to Orlando/Disney to celebrate their first son's first birthday. less than 24 hours prior to their trip, they were canceled upon for being double booked. They were told Air bnb would resolve the issue. And has left them with nowhere to go. I would only imagine what a family would go through visiting from out of state or country and having to deal with this. I don't wish this for anybody, do not book with them, go with a safer alternative."

"Warning do not book do not book. They canceled our Air BNB with a "sorry nothing we can do" less than 24 hours away from our 1-year old's first birthday and trip to Disney with my mother and husband. They have cutoff communication, left me devastated in tears and scrambling to find something as we leave tomorrow! Do not book save your money"

"In June, 2017 my family and I stayed in a wonderful house in Storey Lake. It was next to Walmart, many stores, Disney, a perfect location! I got in touch with Anderson and he organized everything to me. Besides the house, the community is also very good. The swimming pool is huge, the gym is neat and with very good equipment."
