"I live next to a home that is managed by casiola. Over the last yr and a half ive had to call several times because they leave the pool water too low and the filter makes horrible gurgling noises that keep us awake. They are not very responsive and take no other issues from the guests with a sense of urgency."

"THIS COMPANY REALLY DESERVES NO STARS!!! 9038 Sunshine Ridge Loop, Kissimmee, FL Our family traveled to Kissimmee for vacation and booked one of Casiola’s properties located in the Solara neighborhood. On the surface, the property is beautiful. It boasts a modern design, a small game room, a swimming pool and plenty of space for all of us to have our own living quarters. What we did not expect is that this home is INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!! I have never had to deal with anything like this in my life! The first night, about a hour after we arrived, they started coming out. We dealt with this a full 7 days. It has been the most aggravating, inconvenience ever. The host was not willing to refund our money so we could find a hotel and threatened that if we left, we would only get a partial refund. THE ROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE. My daughter almost hurt herself on a glass table because one was crawling on her. This inconvenience has caused anxiety, emotional distress and heightened sensitivity when doing simple NECESSARY things like sleeping, cooking and eating. I could not even relax while sitting to watch television. To add insult to injury, we washed towels and put them in the dryer only to find that the dryer didn’t work. We reached out to the host, only to have someone stop by, clink some tools together and leave promising to come back. He never came. We had to hang towels on hangers to dry, just to be able take a shower. Some of the furniture is broken. There were roaches in the dishwasher and the grill was dirty. This list can go on and on. I don’t have the time and I’m super frustrated. Do not vacation with this company. This has been the worst experience of my life."

"love love love!! this was an experience to remember. the first house we booked through a different company was terrible. had roaches and bugs everywhere. but when we booked through Casiola, we got a picture perfect house. big enough to fit all 7 people and the rooms were amazing. the pool was fantastic, the kitchen and living room were perfect, and the outside of the house was gorgeous. everything was nice and modern and nothing needed to be fixed. definitely recommend you book through them!!"

"Wednesday, June 7th, on our way to the Windsor Palms Resort 66, we were contacted by a Ricardo Remak, Top Villa office manager, who told me that the owner of the Resort I orginally booked months ago needed to use the resort due to an emergency. I was upset because they waited until the last minute, but, I tried to remain positive. I had to pull over to view other resorts to replace the original one because my family and I were already on the road from SC to FL. I chose Windsor Palms Resort 66. Now, I was told I could not check in early and that check in was at 4pm. We got to the resort at 2pm, saw the Casiola van and assumed they were getting the place ready for us to check in at 4pm. Came back a little after 4pm. Beautiful resort… But when we got there, we couldn’t get in the pool because it was full of bugs, the pool cleaning tool was broken, and we had bugs in our bathroom. I emailed and called Top Villa and they submitted a ticket to Casiola, the property management team. Today is the second day and finally after calling again, but this time to Casiola, I was told someone would be out and they don’t have an ETA for when the team will come to the Resort to clean the pool. Around 10 or 11 am, the pool service guy came out, said it would take 2 hours. The guy left the hose in the pool and apparently left. We thought he was going to take longer, so we went out shopping… only to come back with the hose still in the pool, white powder (chlorine) still on the floor of the pool, and bugs. We couldn’t clean the pool ourselves because yet again, the pool cleaning tool is still broken. I’m beyond frustrated at this point. Dennis from Casiola called and said he would have the pool service guy come back out. This is now the second day we can’t enjoy the pool and everyone is now frustrated. I am not one to complain, but being that I have spent so much money not only on the resort, but just for the vacation alone, I’m upset. It’s not just the pool… it’s the whole situation with having to be told at the last minute that we had to pick another resort. And then to pick another resort only to be even more frustrated because things weren’t taken care of before we got to the resort. Katie, a customer support rep is trying to turn things around, but I have yet to hear back from her. Tomorrow will be Friday, and we bought tickets to go to Aquatica because we can’t enjoy the pool, Saturday we checkout and checkout is at 11am. I’m beyond upset. I have my mother and 4 teenagers with me. 2 graduated this past Saturday and this was their graduation gift. This has been the worst experience I have ever had planning a trip/vacation. It’s now 6:48pm, the sun is going down and still can’t get in the pool. Top Villa will also receive a bad review. I just received another email from Casiola and was told the white substance that has not dissolved in the water since this morning (we were told it would take 2 hours) is actually salt, not chlorine. No one informed me that it was a salt pool until now, 8pm almost 9pm, second 2nd day/night at the resort. Thank God no one has any issues with salt. And again, the pool still has bugs and the pool cleaning tool is still broken, so we can’t clean it ourselves."
