"We totally enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back to stay. The villa is exactly as stated, clean, great location and great price. A few minor issues - getting in at midnight with the wrong key code as there are 3 key pads at the door and the code was not correct. Phone service is not great even with 5G. There could be more pans and utensil for cooking as we were there for Christmas (cooking). The smaller beds could be a bit sturdier as they are single metal framed kid beds. Overall, its a great place!"

"There were numerous issues reported on the day of arrival such as mold in the bathroom, a very loose toilet seat and the basketball court and air hockey table being broken in the garage/game room which really sucks when you have 2 active 9 year old boys and the game room was a major factor in booking. I did contact the number given in the instructions about these issues. They responded with in 24 hours and reported they would send someone out to resolve the issues next day. That never happened. No one ever came. These are things ultimately that can be fixed. I simply expected better. The resort pool areas were very nice. The location and neighborhood were nice as well. The condo has very minimal and was a nice size for 4 people overall."

"We had a fantastic time and was very pleased with the house. This is the third year we’ve stayed in Storey Lake and by far, this was the cleanest and nicest home we’ve stayed in. Thank you for all of the amenities like towels, etc. It appears to be more than others offer. Once again thank you for a great trip. We will definitely book with you again. Also, thank you for all of the correspondence and updates. Being kept informed makes me feel like I picked the right company to rent with. My entire family thanks you for a great week!!"

"Awful doesn’t even begin to describe this house and it’s management company! Walked into a dirty house, counters and fridge was sticky, floors dirty, no one vacuumed, several dead roaches and a few live ones. Broken and torn furniture, stained couch upstairs , headboard down stairs . Out door furniture around pool broken. Back splash in kitchen had a broken tile, damaged walls, damaged doors, microwave didn’t work and tripped the breaker when we tried to reset, bunk beds were both wobbly, not put together correctly. Left the management company several message no return calls text or emails. We have stayed in many homes in Champions Gate over the past 10 years and this has been the absolute worst experience. Do NOT bother booking this house there are so many better ones out there.they don’t even deserve one star."

"I would like to say this house was amazing and the theme room was special to my little one who was visiting Disneyland for the first time. The location was close to all the theme parThe house was super clean I felt so comfortable like I was home. The pool was just the right size for the kiddos they spent more time in the pool than the rooms. The beds were very comfortable.I would definitely rent this house again on a return trip to Disney. Thank for making us feel like we were home on our vacation"
