"It was clean, the furniture was rounded which was great for those of us with little kids. It had a fitness center, heated community pool and hot tub (the hot tub heater was broken when we went but it wasn’t a big deal). The rooms are spacious and all had their own TV. We loved that there are bathrooms for every room so no one had to share or plan showers around each other. Most things you could need to cook with were supplied in the kitchen, even a cheese grater, colander, and tongs. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and loved the house!"

"10/10! Check in was easy, host was friendly and communicative and anticipated our needs. The community was quiet and clean and had a pond and a playground. The accommodations were comfortable and clean and the themed decor made our trip even more magical. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the essentials and then some. The location was very convenient to both Universal and WDW parks as well as near Publix and Target for the essentials. The heated pool was so nice for relaxing after a long day at the parks. Thank you, Amanda, for helping our family make magical memories!"

"Good morning Alex the worst customer service I’ve ever seen!! Day Two as my family continues to live in a Magical Nightmare Vacation Homes!!! As Alex continues to refer to a pre arrival inspection that was completely false misleading and fraudulent no solution from Alex only EXCUSES and NO ACCOUNTABILITY!! Notice other complaints how she referred all complaints to the pre arrival inspection and pass the buck Alex is person that doesn’t make common sense common you can sell your a iceberg in Alaska at the double the price because she believes whatever is fees to her . Look at there reviews and patterns it’s all there in writing!! Still no TV No Ice No Key Cars for convenience Thanks Alex for creating this living Hell when are you going fix anything in this dress up nightmare with lipstick"

"So nice to have a private pool. This townhouse was spacious, clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was the most thoroughly supplied kitchen we had ever stayed in. I am used to no cutting board, barely any sharp knives and barely any food containers. They had it all and more! The resort style pool, river and jacuzzi were great and we enjoyed a refreshing beverage at the tiki bar. I would rent this place again."

"There was 14 of us and this home seemed to be a great fit. When we arrived the home was just renovated, so when we walked in we were surprisedby the new updates. Very clean and nice home. Also very spacious! The house was awesome and the host was great to work with. Great communication, very helpful, and quick to respond to any and every question that I had (since it was my 1st time staying in a gated community). Great location from the Disney theme parks (15/20 minutes). We enjoyed the community pool as well as the food/bar area. I would definitely book this home again."
