"I have never written a bad review before but I scheduled TWICE for someone to come out and do caulking in my bathroom and both times a no show no call. I cancelled my entire day both times to ensure this would get done. When I called after the 2nd no show, no one knew why no one showed up or why this happened and offered to schedule me a 3rd time. If I would have gotten a valid excuse I would have given them another chance but instead I hear “I have no idea but I see you scheduled here both times.” HORRIBLE."
